Welcome to my Full Sail University Portfolio 5 sound redesign project. For this project, I crafted custom audio for three different video mediums including a cartoon, a live-action film, and a video game audio redesign.  Using Pro Tools I blended library audio files as well as custom recorded foley sounds to recreate the listening experience of each one of these videos. For the cartoon ( Cosmos Laundromat ) I focused on exaggerating the off-planet ambience to create an unique experience for the listener. Tears of Steel, the live-action example required both, processed sound library elements as well as custom foley sounds and dynamic dialogue layering to make the film feel as close up and personal to the listener as possible. Lastly, in the video game example ( Dragon Crashers ) my goal was to recreate the retro video game feel. Processing this audio specifically to give the player an old school arcade experience.
